DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA DE EMPLEO:

In our Energy, Industry and Pharma division, we are looking for an on-site technician to work in a Carnaxide factory to solve computer incidents. Role: -Being the “on-site resolution” to which the Service desk will transfer physical IMAC requests that can’t be remotely solved. -Providing “technical diagnosis and repair of defective HW” (PC, PC peripherals, servers, printers, LAN components) -Optionally performing some “local routine operations” like server power down/power up and the daily tape management for the backups. This last item is limited to handling the tapes according to the responsible agency’s instructions. -DPC operations Requirements: - English and Portuguese high -Previous experience in user support -Availability to go to Póvoa punctually.
