IT Infrastructure Engineer EMEA

Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) * Support development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies and deployment timelines. * Deployment of software and other computer systems technologies to ensure compliance with operational requirements for security, performance, reliability, and scalability. * Improving and supporting Qorvo´s engineering environment regarding software and hardware client support and infrastructure. * Assist with the implementing and maintaining of corporate security tools. * Seek ways to leverage emerging technology that will allow to increase productivity while reducing hardware and software acquisition costs. * Analyze, document, plan, and coordinate application and operating system implementations, updates, and upgrades * Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems, determine the source of problems, and classify their level, priority, and nature. * Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment. * Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software. * Ensure backup strategies for client and server environment considering corporate policies and GDPR rules. * Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function. * Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences, back-out instructions, and risk mitigation. * Support a program of change to meet business needs. * Develop positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external people. • Join an International great team.|Opportunity to grow. Education/Experience * Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Requires engineering degree for engineering functions. At this level, post-graduate coursework may be desirable. * Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
